A little about me.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been insatiably curious about human potential. I have a passion for human development and thrive on helping people learn through conversation, dialogue, and collaborative sharing of ideas.
My experience enabled me to gain an understanding of the importance of building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication. My aim is to help people step into their strengths, so that they can create a positive ripple effect on their surrounding relationships, including peers and team members. Therefore, creating a lasting impact.
I have a nineteen-year experience with major companies based in Malta within the professional services, shipping, insurance, gaming, and winery industries. Originally a marketing enthusiast, I delved into human resources management and employer branding. I am the Head of Human Resources and Operations at a corporate services provider, and previously served as a Board Member and active contributor, at one of Malta’s long-established companies. I am a certified Coach and Mentor in an Organisational Context (Level 5, awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management UK), an ACE Coach Accelerator™ Enhanced Practitioner (awarded by the World Business & Executive Coach Summit), a Growth Mindset coach (awarded by the Association for Coaching UK), a Life Coach (awarded by Robbins-Madanes Coach Training Centre), and a certified PRISM Brain Mapping Practitioner.
My passion for human development was what gave Your Yellow Coach true life. It stemmed from the love I have of empowering people and I wanted to dedicate time to this passion. It is powerful to see others understand their core needs and explore new possibilities. It’s a journey I love navigating through…
My coaching experience includes early careers and first line managers right through to senior executives and the c-suite, and reflects an intuitive, agile, and energising style of facilitation. I seek to understand people’s core needs, to explore new possibilities, recognise opportunities, and empower people to find their voice and build confidence.
I thrive on helping people learn through conversation, dialogue, and collaborative sharing of ideas; supporting clients to gain insight into themselves, enabling new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving, ultimately leading to new outcomes. I love working with individuals and organisations to improve their wellbeing.
Beyond coaching clients, I also lead an active lifestyle and enjoy challenging myself, including through sports, such that I have participated in half marathons, as well as Obstacle Course races locally and in the UK.
I’m also a wife, stepmother to a special needs son, a colleague, friend, a contributor, an avid learner, a playful change activator, and a driver for kindness and smiles.
I believe self-development is an ongoing learning journey.
To take people to new heights so that they can live up to their full potential. To help people step into their strengths so that they can create a positive ripple effect on their surrounding relationships and teams.
