Coaching for Organisations
Following a discovery meeting, a vision and actionable steps are developed, ensuring accountability. Coaching objectives agreed upon usually involve how employees manage their time in and out of work; do their current job better; future-proofing them to prepare for their next role; and how to meet short term goals or long-term aspirations. If a briefing has been provided by the company (the sponsor), this is also considered. It is recommended that a client gets additional data to support the coaching programme, such as anonymous feedback from colleagues or a PRISM professional questionnaire.
As a PRISM certified-practitioner, Liana will use neuroscience and brain mapping tools to identify strengths and overused strengths that one may need to watch out for. The behavioural instrument will outline patterns and preferences that directly relate to personal relationships and work performance, enabling insight and discussion. One of the PRISM tools involves a team diagnostics facility, which will help create team maps, measure team performance, as well as the quality of interpersonal relationships within the team.
